The Helicopter Retrieval Trust is a New Zealand registered charity. The Trust was established in 2025 with the aim to provide timely access, treatment, and egress to athletes competing in New Zealand's remote backcountry.
The trust is for non-emergency minor to moderate illness and injury, using Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) local helicopter providers.
