Paramedic Services provide professional community-based care when you need it most.  We work closely with primary care providers and families to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

We welcome referrals and bookings from:

• General Practitioners (GPs) seeking urgent home assessment for patients.
• Ambulance service paramedics ECP24 see and refer patients.
• Private sector organisations requiring professional paramedic support.
• Self-referral from members of the public who need prompt medical assessment in the community.

• Our Extended Care Paramedics (ECPs) can assist with a range of urgent and acute medical needs, including:
• Clinical assessment and monitoring.
• Treatment and stabilisation of acute conditions.
• Post-hospital follow-up / Transitional care.
• Private sector custodial care. 
• Referral to specialisations. 

If further medical care is required, we can coordinate with your GP or arrange transfer to hospital when appropriate.
